专利说明:

The invention relates to a pacifier strap for connecting a pacifier to a fastening clip, wherein the pacifier strap forms a loop on at least one end and has an adjusting means for adjusting the circumference of the loop so that the longitudinal extent of the pacifier strap can be between a maximum circumference of the loop and a minimum circumference of the loop is changeable, and with a container for receiving at least ei¬nes sucker of the pacifier.
The use of a pacifier strap to connect a passer, for example, to a child's clothing, is known to prevent loss of the pacifier when the child does not want to hold the pacifier continuously in the mouth or the pacifier accidentally falls out of the child's mouth, for example. Thus, the pacifier is readily retrievable when the child misses it, and if the child, e.g. in the stroller seats - not to the ground.
In this context, it is advantageous to be able to adapt the length of the Schnul¬lerbands to the circumstances, as a too short pacifier strap makes the attachment difficult or restricts the freedom of movement when using the pacifier and on the other hand too long pacifier band Despite the fact that the pacifier can not be a hindrance or a crawling child, the pacifier, despite attachment to the pacifier strap, can still grind against the floor which is currently being prevented.
A length adjustable pacifier strap is already known from US 4,765,037. The perimeter of the pacifier strap shown therein can be adjusted to various positions by the use of push buttons. Alternatively, the loop circumference may also be changed by shifting the pacifier strap into two staggered rings.
Also shown in US 6,606,768 is a length adjustable strap useful as a pacifier strap wherein the circumference of the length reducing strap is adjustable by hook and loop fasteners at various positions along the strap.
Apart from the advantageous avoidance of the loss of the pacifier and the ease of finding a pacifier associated with such pacifier strap - when it is straight in use - exposed to significant environmental influences, which is the usual level, ie. when the pacifier is stowed in a bag or the like, significantly exceed. For example, in the case of a child playing on the floor, the pacifier can regularly become dirty and it can hardly be prevented that the child subsequently uses the pacifier anyway and thus exposes himself to an increased health risk.
Especially in combination with the use of a pacifier band, it is therefore particularly desirable to protect the pacifier or the dummy of the pacifier from contamination and mechanical damage. Such protection can for example be provided by a pacifier container. However, the problems mentioned above for the pacifier of frequent loss and poor findability apply equally to a pacifier container as to the pacifier itself.
The AT 006 722 U1 shows a pacifier container, which is attached to a pacifier strap by the pacifier strap is performed by two tabs on the sides of the container. Due to the natural flexibility of the pacifier strap, the attachment must be designed so that accidental release of the container from the pacifier strap, for example during Ver¬schiebungen and deformations of the pacifier strap, is reliably prevented. Disadvantageously, a rapid release of the container from the pacifier strap becomes impossible and the pacifier can be accommodated in the container remaining on the pacifier strap.
Compared to the known pacifier straps and pacifier containers, it is therefore an object of the invention to provide a pacifier strap, which is adjustable in length and additionally provides a container for protecting a pacifier connected to the pacifier strap, which can be quickly found and used and both in a storage position, ie when the pacifier is accommodated in the container, as well as in a ready position, i. when the pacifier is in use, it can be reliably connected to the pacifier or pacifier strap.
The pacifier strap of the present invention solves this problem in that the container for receiving the nipple is at least temporarily connectable to the adjustment means. The adjustment means thus fulfills a dual function, i. it serves both the length adjustment of the pacifier strap and the attachment of the pacifier container. The connection between the adjusting means and the container may be such as to allow rapid connection and disconnection, but without compromising the reliability of the connection. This solution has the advantage over a direct connection of the container to the pacifier strap the adjusting means may be adapted according to the connection requirements by providing, for example, dedicated connection elements and not having to have the flexibility of the pacifier strap.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous in this context if the container for receiving the nipple on the adjusting means can be plugged and is held in particular by means of locking connection on the adjusting means. This type of connection is applicable, above all, to mechanically stable setting means, wherein preferably the container and the adjusting means can be made essentially of the same material.
In order to make the construction of the adjusting as simple and cost-effective, it is advantageous if the Be¬hälter for receiving the nipple connecting means for Befesti¬gung on the adjusting means, in particular hook-shaped connecting means for engagement with an edge of the Einstellmit¬tels. Thus, for example, a common adjustment means can be used largely unchanged, so that, moreover, adjustment of the length of the dummy strap will not hamper the operation of the adjustment means by any connection means for connection to the container. For the manufacture and the economy of a pacifier strip according to the invention, it is particularly favorable to design the adjusting means and the container for receiving the nipple in one piece. Compared to the known container, which is fastened directly to the pacifier strap, this embodiment provides a cost-effective, parts-saving pacifier strap. In addition, the length of the pacifier strap can be adjusted so that accidental removal of the pacifier from the container is largely avoided.
If the container for receiving the nipple has two, preferably pivotally interconnected, container halves, the nipple can be completely stowed in the container by opening and closing the container halves. In particular, the container thus formed can be closed on all sides or close tightly with the nipple and thus completely enclose it. This also provides a reliable intake of the nipple in the container as well as a secure connection between the nipple and the container.
A particularly compact embodiment is achieved if advantageously a container half with the adjusting means and the other container half with the mounting bracket einstückig trained or firmly connected.
Furthermore, the loop formed by the pacifier strap can be closed via the adjusting means, in that the pacifier strap is preferably connected to the setting means at one end of the pacifier strap on the one hand length-changeable and on the other hand variable in length, in particular displaceable. Since the Schnul¬lerband in this case compared to the adjustment only one degree of freedom or only one of the two connections between adjusting and pacifier strap allows a displacement of the Einstell¬ means along the pacifier strap, accidental release of the adjusting means and any associated therewith In particular, in such an arrangement, for example, a at one of the loop opposite end of the pacifier strap arranged accessories, such as a fastener for the pacifier to form a limiting means.
An adjusting means which is particularly easy to produce and at the same time particularly suitable for connection to a container is when the adjusting means is designed as a buckle with at least one opening for passing the pacifier strap, in particular with an insertion opening and a delivery opening. Such a buckle is also easy to use and shows even with frequent use no signs of wear (such as a Velcro connection or the like).
Furthermore, it has been found to be advantageous if the pacifier strap has limiting means by which a maximum circumference of the loop is defined. The limiting means thus prevent an extension of the loop formed by the pacifier strap beyond a maximum circumference, and in particular an opening or releasing of the loop. Opening the loop is therefore only possible after removal of the limiting means or cutting through the dummy band. As a result, since the loop can not be accidentally opened at least, the connection between the pacifier strap and an accessory held in the loop, in particular the fastening clip, is permanently secured.
When forming the adjusting means as a buckle with at least one opening for passing the pacifier strap, the circumference of the loop can be particularly easily limited if the limiting means have a stop element which projects beyond the opening, in particular the opening, of the buckle.
Such a stop element blocks a displacement of the buckle beyond the stop element and the stop position in which the buckle contacts the stop element thus defines the maximum circumference of the loop.
A particularly favorable, easily produced embodiment of the said stop element consists in that the stop element is formed by folding the pacifier strap, the fold being fixed by a seam or a weld. Advantageous here is not only the minimal additional material expenditure for producing the stop element but also its optical inconspicuousness. At the same time, this minimizes the risk of the child being injured at the stop element, for example by chewing or scratching, or a releasing stopper. Alternatively, in particular a part of a fastening element (retaining ring, loop, etc.) for the pacifier can be ausgestal¬tet as a stop element. For a particularly simple handling, it is advantageous if the container for receiving the nipple via the adjusting means is guided on the pacifier strap such that at a maximum circumference of the loop, i. with a minimal longitudinal extent of the dummy band, the nipple of the pacifier is guided into the container designed as a pacifier cap. Thus, in such an arrangement, the pacifier belt is in a storage position, i. When the pacifier nipple is disposed in the container provided therefor, the smallest longitudinal extent, whereby it represents little or no hindrance to the Benut¬zer or the child.
In this connection, moreover, the pacifier cap can be held in a position receiving the nipple via a frictional connection between the adjusting means and the pacifier strap, whereby the pacifier cap remains on the nipple without additional connecting means between the pacifier cap and the pacifier. Such an arrangement is therefore universally applicable and, for example, completely independent of the type and shape of a pacifier shield or the sucker.
The invention will be further elucidated on the basis of particularly preferred embodiments, to which it should not be limited, and with reference to the drawing. The drawings show in detail:

Fig. 12 is a diagrammatic view of an embodiment with two separable container halves.
In Fig. 1, a pacifier strap 1 with a pacifier 2 and ei¬ner mounting bracket 3 is shown, which are each connected to one end of the pacifier strap 1. At the end facing the fastening clip 3, the pacifier strap 1 forms a loop 4, the loop 4 being closed by means of a setting means 5 in the form of a buckle 6. In addition to the adjusting 5 is inFig. 1 also a container 7 is shown, which is adapted to receive the sucker 8 of the pacifier 2; Of course, a container 7 accommodating the entire pacifier 2 can also be provided. On a side facing the adjusting means 5, the container 7 has connecting means 9 in the form of hook-shaped pins 10 integrally formed on the container 7 for engagement with the edge 11 of the buckle 6.
The container 7 has two container halves 12, 13, wherein on one side an opening 14 for a shaft 15 of the nipple 8 is provided. On one side opposite the opening 14, the container halves 12, 13 each have a handle part 16, wherein the two handle parts 16 extend obliquely in opposite directions, so that an opening angle is enclosed between the handle parts 16. On a narrower longitudinal sides of the container 7, a tab 17 is arranged, which wel¬che an alternative fastening of the container 7 on Schnul¬lerband 1 allows. As a result, for example, a further similar container 7 can be fastened by means of the tab 17 on the pacifier strap 1 for the storage of a second or reserve pacifier (not shown).
The pacifier 2 is connected to one end of the pacifier strap 1 via a fastening loop 18 having a fixed circumference. In particular, a transverse strut 19 of a carabiner part 20 of the pacifier shield 21 is arranged in the fastening loop 18. The carabiner part 20 is pivotally connected to the pacifier plate 21, wherein the pivot axis is substantially parallel to the extension axis of the nipple 8. The Ka¬rabinerteil 20 is closed via a locking hook 22, so that accidental opening of the carabiner part 20 and subsequent connection of the pacifier 2 from the pacifier strap 1 is forged. With the loop 4 formed by the adjusting means 5 at the other end of the pacifier strap 1, the fastening clip 3 is connected by arranging a mounting bracket 23 emanating from the fastening clip 3 in the loop 4. The operation of the mounting bracket 3 is known per se, which is why will not be discussed here in detail.
The adjusting means 5 is formed as a buckle 6 with at least one opening 24, 25 (cf., FIG. 2) for passing the pacifier strap 1, in particular with an insertion opening 24 and a delivery opening 25. Between the openings 24, 25 the buckle 6 has a web 26, wherein the pacifier strap 1 on one hand substantially immovably and thus längenunveränderable means of another fastening loop 27 fixed Um¬fangs is connected to the web 26 and on the other hand outside the loop 27 the Web 26 by the insertion opening 24 and the Ausführungsöffnung 25 rotates, so that this, opposite the web 26 further outwardly disposed part of the dummy band 1 with the buckle 6 slidably connected and thus variable in length. By a displacement of the pacifier strap 1 relative to the buckle 6, the loop 4 closed via the buckle 6 can be adapted in its circumference and thus the longitudinal extent of the pacifier strap 1 can be changed.
The three pins 10 forming the hook-shaped connecting means 9 are arranged so that the distance between opposing pins 10 essentially corresponds to the diameter of the buckle 6. Thus, the buckle 6 can be engaged between the pins 10 in corresponding locking grooves 28 formed on each side of the pins. The circular shape of the buckle edge 11 shown in this exemplary embodiment is particularly advantageous because the container 7 can be snapped onto the buckle 6 in an arbitrarily rotated position relative to the dummy band 1. In order to counteract a loosening of the buckle 6 from the container 7 by lateral displacement, at least three pins 10 can be provided, which are not exactly diametrically opposite one another with respect to a latching buckle 6, but offset laterally. Instead of the illustrated pin-shaped connecting means 9, however, it is also possible for example to provide two opposite elongate or strip-shaped elements which have corresponding lateral latching grooves.
In Fig. 2, the container 7 is shown in a storage position, the sucker 8 of the pacifier 2 between the Behäl¬terhälften 12, 13 is added. The container 7 encloses the complete nipple 8 together with its shaft 15 and extends substantially to the pacifier plate 21. Thus, contamination of the nipple 8 is effectively prevented by the container 7.
In addition, the container 7 can be attachable to the pacifier plate 21 so that the nipple 8 is even better protected against mechanical stresses such as crushing, twisting or bending in relation to the pacifier plate 21.
In the alternative storage set shown in FIG. 3, the teat 8 - as in FIG. 2 - is accommodated in the container 7, the container 7 additionally being snapped onto the buckle 6 or the buckle 6 being latched to the container 7 is. The longitudinal extent of the pacifier strap 1 is particularly low, since the buckle 6 is displaced so far in the direction of the pacifier shield 21, as permitted by the carabiner part 20, when the aspirator 8 is accommodated in the container 7 connected to the buckle 6. This results in a particularly compact position of the entire arrangement. Thus, the buckle 6 can not be pushed anywhere near the pacifier plate 21 and can be pushed by the pacifier strap 1, corresponding Begrenzungsmit¬tel 29 are provided, as u.a. in connection with Figures 4A-6B in detail.
In FIGS. 4A and 4B, a pacifier strap 1 made of a textile material with an adjusting means 5 in the form of a buckle 6 and a limiting means 29 is shown. The buckle 6 has an insertion opening 24 and a delivery opening 25 through which the dummy band 1 is guided. The two openings 24, 25 are arranged in one plane and separated by a web 26. The openings 24, 25 are substantially rectangular, with the longer side of the rectangle corresponding approximately to the width of the pacifier strap 1 and the shorter side approximately twice the thickness of the pacifier strap 1.
Furthermore, it can be seen from FIGS. 4A and 4B that the dummy band 1 is connected in two sections 30, 31 to the buckle 6, whereby a loop 4 is formed between the two sections 30, 31. In the loop 4 zweckmäßeinein example, with a pacifier 2 or a Befesti¬gungsklammer 3 connected retaining ring 32 is arranged. The contacts of the sections 30, 31 with the buckle 6 are formed by, on the one hand, a relatively small attachment loop 27 formed at one end of the pacifier strap 1 running around the web 26 of the buckle 6, whereby a length-independent connection is achieved. The circumference of the fastening loop 27, which is formed by a seam or welded connection (not shown) of the dummy band 1 with itself, is unchangeable. On the other hand, a section 31 of a central part of the pacifier strap 1 also extends through the buckle 6 such that the pacifier strap 1 is displaceably connected to the buckle 6. This second connection is therefore variable in length with respect to the circumference of the pacifier strap 1 and thus changeable Loop 4. The form of setting means 5 or the buckle 6 shown here forms a frictional connection between an end of the pacifier strap 1 or a fastening loop 27 and the section 31 of the fastener also arranged in the buckle 6 Soother bands 1 produced and thus formed a loop 4 variable circumference.
The limiting means 29 shown in Figs. 4A and 4B has a stopper member 33 formed by an S-shaped fold of the pacifier strap 1, the fold being fixed by two stitches 34. To form the stop element 33, the pacifier strap 1 is folded over at two successive points 35, 36 at intervals of approximately 0.5 to 1.5 cm so that the thickness of the pacifier strap 1 in the area of the stop element 33 is greater than the shorter side of the opening 25 of the buckle 6 If the loop 4 is now enlarged by the scraper belt 1 being displaced or pulled from the right to the left (in Fig. 4A) by the buckle 6, the stop element 33 strikes the buckle 6 when a maximum circumference of the loop 4 is reached Opening the loop 4 is then possible only if the seams 34 of the fold are removed or the buckle 6 or the pacifier strap 1 is destroyed. Since the folding on the side facing the buckle 6 has a projecting edge 37, the stop on the buckle 6 is enlarged by additional tension on the breaker belt 1 when a maximum circumference is reached, and the stop element 33 is slipped through Execution opening 25 of the buckle 6 thus reliably prevented.
FIGS. 5A and 5B show a similar pacifier strap 1 as in FIG. 1, but the fold forming the stop element 33 is fixed by a weld 38. It is particularly clearly visible that here too a projecting edge 37 has been formed to improve the abutment properties, in that the weld 38 has not been carried out in the entire region of the fold, but a section of the fold facing the buckle 6 has remained un-welded.
A further exemplary embodiment is shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, wherein here the stop element 33 is not formed by a fold but by an overlap 39 of two dummy bands 1 ', 1 ". The two dummy bands 1 ', 1 "are welded together in the region of the overlap 39, whereby a single, longer dummy band 1 with a stop element 33 in the form of the weld 40 is formed.
FIGS. 7 and 8 show an exemplary embodiment of a pacifier strap 1 according to the invention with an adjustment means 5 formed integrally with a pacifier cap. The pacifier strap 1 has two relatively small fastening loops 42, 27, on the one hand a fastening element 43, in particular a retaining ring, for one Pacifier 44 and on the other hand Schnul¬lerkappe 41 are connected. Of course, various connecting elements, e.g. Hand straps, Velcro fasteners, etc., can be used instead of the retaining ring.
In addition, the pacifier cap 41 has a further, verschiebli¬che connection 45 with the pacifier strap 1. Between the connection by means of the attachment loop 27 and the connection 45 between the pacifier strap 1 and the pacifier cap 41, the pacifier strap 1 forms a loop 4 whose circumference can be adjusted by displacing the pacifier cap 41 or the connection 45 along the pacifier strap 1. Connected to the loop 4 is a mounting bracket 46 by locating a retaining ring 32 disposed on the bracket 46 in the loop 4 and substantially at a vertex 47 of the loop 4. The maximum circumference of the loop 4 is defined in this embodiment by the fastening loop 42 or its seam 48, wherein the end of the pacifier strip 1 forms a protruding edge 49 ver¬gleichbar with the edge 37 of Fig. 1A and 2A.
In a storage position of the pacifier cap 41 (see Fig. 8) placed on a nipple 50 of the pacifier 44, the loop 4 reaches the maximum circumference and thus the pacifier strap 1 the shortest extent between the vertex 47 of the loop 4 and the end of the pacifier strap 1 on the side of the pacifier 44. Due to the so shortened pacifier band 1, the pacifier 44, when not in use, is advantageously held in the vicinity of the attachment clip 46 and, for example, does not depend on the overall length of the pacifier band 1 on the clothing of a child on the the mounting bracket 46 is mounted down.
A slightly modified embodiment, with a container 51 in the manner of a pacifier cap, is shown in Fig. 9, wherein this container 51 on a side facing the adjusting means 5 side of an opening 52 for receiving a Schnullersaugers a hook-shaped connecting means 53 for engagement with the edge a pacifier shield 54 (see Fig. 8). The pacifier band 1 is here also connected in two sections, namely by means of a fastening loop 27 running through a retaining ring 55 formed on the container 51 and by means of the adjusting means 5 formed integrally to the container 51, to the container 51 and thus forming a loop 4 circumference. The loop 4 extends through a retaining ring 32 connected to a fastening clip 46.
The adjusting means 5 have an insertion opening 24 and a Aus¬führöffnung 25, which are formed by two adjacent retaining rings 56, 57. Between the retaining rings 56, 57, a crosspiece 58 is arranged, which imposes a curvature 59 on the dummy band 1 passing through the retaining rings 56, 57, so that sliding of the pacifier band 1 by the adjustment means 5 is slowed down by a frictional connection between the dummy band 1 and the transverse web 58 becomes.
A preferred embodiment is further shown in Figs. 10 and 11, wherein herein a container 60 for receiving a suction cup 50 with arranged on two opposite sides hook-shaped connecting means 61, 62 for connection to a pacifier shield 54 is shown. The two connecting means 61, 62 each have parallel to a longitudinal axis of the container 60 substantially semicircular Griffzungen63, 64, by means of which the connecting means 61, 62 can be easily detached from the pacifier shield 54. In this case, by pressing the two gripping tongues 63, 64 against each other, the connecting means 61, 62 are lifted outward relative to the opening 52 of the container 60 due to the lever acting via the points of engagement 65, 66, and one between the connecting means 61, 62 held pacifier shield 54 released.
The adjusting means 5 are integrated in the gripping tongue 64 of a connecting means 62 by four slot-shaped openings 67, 68, 69, 70 in the example shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. The two first openings 67, 68 are separated by a web 71, with which a fastening loop 27 of the dummy band 1 is connected. The two other openings 69 and 70 correspond to an insertion opening 24 and a delivery opening 25a of a buckle 6. Thus, the dummy band 1 between the buckle 6 and the fastening loop 27 connected to the container 60 forms an adjustable loop 4, in which a retaining ring 32einer mounting bracket 3 is arranged. The maximum circumference of the changeable loop 4 is defined by the limiting means 72 connected to the pacifier plate 54, which due to their extension can not be guided through the opening 70 of the buckle 6 corresponding to the opening 25. The connection between the pacifier strap 1 and the limiting means 72 is achieved by a further fastening loop 42.
In Fig. 12, a further embodiment is shown, wherein here the two container halves 12, 13 are designed separable from each other. Here, the container half 12, preferably solid, connected to the adjusting means 5 and the other Behäl¬terhälfte 13, preferably fixed, connected to the mounting bracket 3; The two container halves 12, 13 are in this case, vor¬ preferably via a (not shown) latching or snap connection, connectable. Therefore, in order to receive the teat 8 in a protective position in the container 7, the teat 8 is preferably positioned in the container half 12 and then snapped onto the container half 13 or the fastening clip 3, including the teat 8. Hierbeier gives a particularly compact design when receiving the nipple 8 and the entire pacifier 2 in the container. 7
